Artist Ben Skinner
Last weekend we had a very fashionable visit by artist Ben Skinner, who was at the new gallery to check out the numerous spaces where his installations will be exhibited. Skinners playful installations will run freely through the second floor of the new
gallery, some will be easily viewed from street level.

Raised in Petrolia, Ben now lives and works in Vancouver B.C. and designs window displays at Aritzia and TNA by day. The artist listens and looks for text and phrases not seen as familiar to pop culture and turns them into simple but poignant works of art. I went to school with Ben, and have always admired his work. I can't wait to see it in a local setting! This will be fantastic!
