Visiting Artist Adad Hannah

Last week artist Adad Hannah visited the new gallery to begin the install for his exhibition Diversions, which is also one of the Judith & Norman ALIX Art Gallery's opening exhibitions. We were thrilled to see Adad, and also to get into the building to see the progress being made. Adad is a familiar face around the gallery, and within Lambton county as he has been working with members of the community for the last two years with his projects.

Adad also led a presentation about his upcoming exhibition for our docent and gallery animator volunteers. What a great chance to see and hear about the exhibit first-hand from the artist!

Adad Hannahs pieces can be found in private, corporate, and institutional collections around the world including: National Gallery of Canada, Ottawa; Musée d'art contemporain de Montréal; and the Ke Center for Contemporary Art, Shanghai.  For more information about the artist visit http://adadhannah.com/
